Positive: Things I loved: as a big coffee aficionado, I was overjoyed to find a Nespresso coffee machine in my room! Having that high quality coffee each morning was such a joy! The room was well appointed in an enjoyable southwestern style and roomy, We had breakfast a couple times in the hotel restaurant and it was very tasty and with good selections. Lastly, we appreciated the hotel shuttle service, which will drop you at different spots around town, within a few miles I believe. One night when it was raining, this shuttle really saved us! The hotel was in a perfect location: a couple blocks from the busy downtown, but close enough to easily walk everywhere. Easy to walk to Canyon Road as well!
Negative: The bathroom while very spacious, had the dimmest lighting I have ever experienced in a hotel room. Besides being very dim, the light was also a yellow-ish hue, Not good for men or women trying to see what they are doing! I suggest upgrading the light fixtures to something with a brighter and more optimal hue, certainly a fairly inexpensive upgrade! Lastly, our room was towards the back of the property which (maybe) explains why it took a LONG time to finally get hot water while showering. I didn't time it, but I'd guess a full 5 minutes or more to get any hot water. Long enough to initially think we DID NOT have any hot water, but we did, it just took a LONG time to get to us.
Summary: A great choice that's close but not TOO close to downtown, and true to its Southwestern roots!

Positive: Great location ! Wonderful historic feel to the property. Nice bar and restaurant. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Negative: Our room was too small for 2 queen beds! It was in the historic portion of the hotel and basically had no room for anything but the beds.

Positive: I loved the authentic Spanish pueblo experience. We used our fireplace in our room during a summer month and it was beautiful! Staff and amenities were amazing!

Positive: Amazing place! The property is beautiful and historic and cozy. Between the Cottonwoods, the Pueblo style buildings, the vega and latilla ceilings, it is very Santa Fe and lovely.
